NEW DELHI: In response to Turkey's President Recep Tayyip Erdogan once again raising the Kashmir issue at the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA), India reaffirmed on Friday that it will not accept any mediation in the matter. "Our position on Kashmir remains unchanged. There is no need for any third party to mediate on bilateral issues between India and Pakistan," said Ministry of External Affairs spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal.

India has consistently maintained that matters related to Kashmir are strictly internal and should be resolved bilaterally without external interference.
