HYDERABAD: A 24-year-old traffic constable lost his life in a tragic road accident near Pasumamula village under the Hayathnagar police limits late Thursday night. The deceased, identified as Mansingh, was a 2020-batch constable posted at the Yadadri traffic police station.
According to officials, the accident occurred while Mansingh was riding his bike to his hometown, Thorrur. Upon reaching Pasumamula, he collided with a lorry that was parked on the carriageway. The impact caused severe head injuries, and he died on the spot.
Following a complaint, police have registered a case against the lorry driver for negligent parking.
